- Inspect all drawings for compliance with building codes, drafting standards, and plan presentations before submission to authorities, advising colleagues on any non-compliance.
- Regulatory submissions - ensure regulatory documents are accurately submitted to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with planning, zoning, and building codes
- Assist in the process of acquiring building permits and any other required legal or regulatory approvals.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities to address code compliance matters and ensure project standards are met.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma/NITEC in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
- At least 1-3 year of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Corenet submission the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
