Job Summary
You will lead design delivery by liaising with consultants, clients, and authorities, managing projects from tender documentation to site inspections, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and driving timely, high-quality architectural outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external consultants and clients to deliver architectural design solutions aligned with project goals
- Prepare tender documentation and detailed specifications to support project bidding and execution
- Coordinate with Government Authorities to ensure project compliance and smooth execution
- Manage project timelines, resources, and coordination among stakeholders to achieve milestones
- Monitor project progress through site inspections and reporting to maintain quality and compliance
- Apply knowledge of Authorities compliance requirements governing construction and architectural practices to ensure regulatory adherence
- Administer contract processes in accordance with SIA/PSSCOC standards to support project delivery
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and detailing skills to develop accurate architectural drawings and documents
- Produce compelling design presentations to communicate concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Use architectural design software proficiently to create and revise working drawings and models
- Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm in developing innovative design concepts that meet client needs
- Work independently with commitment and accountability to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to support project objectives and foster a positive work environment
- Manage timely submission of deliverables, including familiarity with the e-Corenet submission system
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognised Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore
- Proficient knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, local codes, regulations, and construction practices
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in contract administration
- Familiarity with e-Corenet submission system
