MEP Quantity Surveyor

M&E engineering and QS candidates with at least 3 years of experience in M&E or QS Consultancy firms are invited to consider a career as M&E QS with RLB here in Singapore. We are a global independent construction, property and management consultancy organisation looking for suitably qualified candidates to join our M&E QS department.

You will have the opportunity to eventually become a recognised Accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor under the APQS scheme and embark on a professional career in cost management. As part of your employment, you will have direct access to our experienced APQS Tier 1 M&E QS's to guide you on your career path to be a professional cost consultant.

Reasonable proficiency in English is a pre-requisite. Mechanical or Electrical candidates (preferably conversant in both M&E) are encouraged to apply.

Those with the following skills and experience will have an added advantage:

• Ability to co-ordinate, collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant external parties
• Cost estimation and processing of monthly M&E progress and Variation Order (VO) claims
• Familiar with M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Relevant tender, contracts administration & documentation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Quantity take off and measurement preferably utilising Cost & Measurement software (Training will be provided for Cost-X software)
