Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural & Interior Design
- Design exterior and interior for residential projects, ensuring compliance with URA, BCA,and FSSD regulations.
- Develop space planning, material selection, and concept designs that align with project requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to refine design concept
2. Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare architectural plans,including
- Structural set-out drawings
- Wall set-out drawings
- Floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Develop M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) plans to integrate with architectural and structural designs.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all construction drawings and submission documents.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Submissions
- Ensure all designs comply with SingaporeBuilding Code, BCA, URA, and SCDF requirements.
- Prepare and submit drawings for authority approvals (e.g., BCA, URA, FSSD) to QP and PE.
- Work with consultants to address feedback from regulatory bodies.
4. Project Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with engineers, M&E consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of architectural and structural elements.
- Review shop drawings and material specifications to maintain design intent and quality standards.
5. Communication & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of design revisions ,approvals, and project records.
- Handle other ad-hoc matters assigned by office
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years project design & management experience in Singapore
- Able to handle his/her project independently
- High achiever, result orientated, good team player & able to work independently
- Great interpersonal and management skills
- Proficient in computer design (e.g. ArchiCAD / Lumion) and presentation software (e.g. Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint)
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Able to work in fast paced environment
