Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating architectural design details with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and manage the architectural work schedule in line with the Project Master Programme.
- Coordinate, monitor, and control architectural subcontractors progress, quality, and site activities to prevent clashes and abortive work.
- Review, update, and coordinate architectural drawings, including construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, RFIs, technical queries, method statements, and correspondences.
- Use BIM or equivalent tools for design coordination, clash detection, and technical resolution.
- Prepare and submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for Consultant and authority approval.
- Supervise and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards.
- Coordinate material requisition, delivery, installation, mock-ups/testing, cost control, and assist QS in verifying subcontractor progress claims.
- Maintain proper project documentation and support project handover, including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, etc.).
- Familiar with CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards and ISO quality documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other project coordination software.
