Architectural Draftsman / CAD Operator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
• Create detailed site plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Produce and update construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Generate presentation drawings and 3D models for client and internal review.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
• Prepare as-built drawings per regulatory authority requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project team to understand and meet project needs.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in drafting or design documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of other software like Revit, SketchUp, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and BCA regulations.
