Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). While also coordinating site activities, managing materials, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting project managers to ensure construction or project tasks run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements. Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for easy reference.
Coordinate with project teams to clarify design details and resolve discrepancies.
To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications / bills of quantities, construction drawings, company's quality standards and all other contract documents.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
Ability to interpret design sketches, specifications, and technical instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant work experience in architecture, construction, or engineering projects will be an advantage.
