Architectural Drafter (Siphonic Drainage Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D CAD/Revit drawings for siphonic roof drainage layouts.
• Draft shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings based on design team inputs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design compatibility.
• Convert conceptual sketches into detailed technical drawings ready for submission.
• Update drawing revisions and maintain drawing registers/documentation.
• Support BIM integration and assist the design head in tender submissions.
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards (SS525) and project specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is required.
• Minimum 1-3 years drafting experience (preferably in MEP or drainage systems).
• Good understanding of building construction and coordination with architectural drawings.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
