ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

Prepare and develop architectural drawings, construction drawings and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

Assist in preparing shop drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections and construction details for building and façade projects.

Interpret architectural drawings, specifications and project requirements accurately.

Prepare and revise drawings according to project requirements, site conditions and instructions from engineers or project managers.

Produce detailed drawings for façade, curtain wall, cladding and other architectural components where required.

Coordinate drawings with project engineers, site supervisors, contractors and other relevant parties.

Make amendments and updates to drawings based on design changes, site measurements and project progress.

Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned and comply with project specifications and relevant standards.

Assist in taking site measurements and verifying dimensions and existing conditions when required.

Maintain and organize drawing files, revisions and technical documentation.

Assist the project team with technical drawings and documentation throughout the construction process.

Perform other drafting and technical duties as assigned by the management.
