Architectural Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy
• Prepare detailed as-built drawings
• Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
• To liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing
• To coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details
• To carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document
• To ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements
• Report to Design Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work
• Must be able to read and understand drawings
• Meticulous and able to work independently
