ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support our design and production team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate drawings for interior fit-out and built-in carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, technical, and detailed shop drawings for fabrication and installation of built-in furniture and interior fit-out works using AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Produce accurate drawings based on design concepts and site measurements

• Revise drawings according to project requirements and site conditions

• Coordinate closely with designers, project team, and production department

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements

• Assist in preparation of drawings for authority or consultant submissions when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (both required)

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant drafting experience preferred

• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

Working Hours

• 5.5 days per week

• Office-based role in Singapore
