Architectural Drafter/Designer

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing high- and low-rise residential, retail & commercial buildings, hotels, or industrial projects

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in:

  • Autodesk AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • V-Ray (optional)

• Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Can start work in a short time

Responsibilities

• Draft architectural plans and layouts, including:

  • Furniture layout plans

  • Lighting and electrical layout plans

• Prepare technical and carpentry drawings such as elevations and detail drawings

• Develop mood boards and conceptual design themes

• Provide presentation materials for the sales team

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for concept development

• Participate in client meetings and support ad-hoc tasks
