Job Description & Requirements
- Develop & produce comprehensive building maintenance proposals using gondola systems by studying architectural layout plans, elevations etc, and based on client's requirements
- Prepare technical drawings/ construction drawings/ detailed drawing
- Prepare as-built drawings for submission
- Accurately operate and maintain the drawing and documentation libraries
- Attend site meetings
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, clients, consultants, and vendors
- Collate daily job requests across all sites, and plan daily job deployment
- Perform other administrative & operational duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellence in 2D & 3D AutoCad
- Proficient in computer skills with good knowledge of reading elevation details, section details, using photoshop & freehand
- Knowledge on 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit, and rendering of projects will be an advantage
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
- Mature and independent with good working attitude
- Self-starter, able to multitask, and meet deadlines
- Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
