Gather project requirements and specifications from clients, architects, and engineers.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working from rough drawings and specifications to prepare full-scale and detail drawings of interior designs for presentation to client.
Update and modify designs based on new information or at the request of a client. To submit multiple versions of a drawing (if required) to the architectural and engineering team or to the client for final approval.
Liaise with Joinery site superintendent/supervisor on changes and update drawings accordingly
Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects under an architect's supervision.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Architecture with Drafting experience in Interior Fitting Out, Architectural Works and Structural Works
Proficient in AutoCAD drawing
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Interior Renovation Works
or related field is required for this position.
Able to communicate well with Clients / Contractors
