Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to manage technical drawings for commercial office fit-outs and laboratory projects, from authority submissions to detailed construction documentation, supporting our growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of submission drawings and documentation for Architecture, M&E, and A&A works to secure relevant authority approvals
- Apply technical knowledge to design laboratories across disciplines and develop high-performance corporate office layouts
- Prepare comprehensive tender, construction, and detailed production drawings to support project execution
- Track and record architectural coordinated designs, site progress, variation orders, and work certifications for project administration
- Maintain and develop CAD drawings, including converting drawings into program files required for production
- Collaborate with supervisors and project teams to translate rough sketches into professional diagrams and layouts
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying (QS) programs for daily project tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Office Fit-outs, Laboratory Design, Renovations, or A&A works
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent technical certificate
