ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Qualifications :

. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a university recognized by Singapore

. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Singapore

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

. Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices

. Must have experience with landed houses

. Must have experience with apartments / serviced apartments

. Conversant with local codes and regulations

. Tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors (and all related parties)

. Good knowledge in residential and commercial projects

. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

. Meticulous and able to organise work effectively

Responsibilities

. Lead the design process from concept development through to completion of construction.

. Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure all design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.

.Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, URA planning guidelines, and other relevant statutory requirements.

. Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients requirements

. Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software

. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.

. Overall management of internal milestones and deliverable
