Architectural Designer

Job Description:

• Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies

• Prepare and present design proposals

• Develop design for schematic and design development stages

• Manage client and consultant stakeholders and engage in design meetings

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Min. 0-3 years of relevant working experience

• Exposure to high-rise residential projects is advantageous, though not required

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation

• Possesses strong creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in CAD, 3D modelling, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape or equivalent)
