ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

We are looking for a Singaporean/PR who is creative and detail oriented Architectural Designer.

Responsibilities :

• Design Development :

Translate Client's brief into innovative design concepts and 3D visualities.

• Technical Documentation :

Prepare detailed drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details.

• Materials Research :

Investigate and specify materials, finishes and building systems (eg. facade systems, cladding and structural elements.

• Collaboration :

Work closely with Senior Architects, Engineers and Consultants to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.

• Project Support :

Assist in the preparation of planning applications, building permit and Client presentations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Education :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degreee in Architecture or related field.

Software Proficiency :

Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCad and Rhino. Experience Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray for rendering is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge :

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning by laws and construction methods.

Design Flair :

A portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of semetry, materials and spatial logic.

• Soft Skills :

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effiency in a collobrative, fast paced environment.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience specific sectors (eg. Residential, Commercial or Specialised Facade)
