Architectural Designer

We believe that architecture and interiors should be shaped by people, place and everyday life. We are looking for a creative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our growing team.

Role and Responsibilities

. Develop architectural concepts, design narratives and spatial strategies
. Produce design drawings, diagrams, presentations and visualisations
. Work on spatial planning, façade design, material selection and architectural detailing
. Translate design ideas into clear and compelling presentation materials
. Develop projects from concept design through design development and documentation
. Coordinate with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders
. Participate in design discussions, presentations and project meetings
. Support the team in delivering projects to a high design and presentation standard
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields

Job type- full time

Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers

Requirements

. Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
. Strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking and spatial planning skills
. Ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings, diagrams and presentations
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and relevant rendering or visualisation software
. Good understanding of materials, architectural detailing and composition
. Good communication and teamwork skills
. Responsible, proactive and able to manage assigned tasks independently
. Knowledge of Singapore authorities, building regulations and submission requirements will be an advantage
