Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare innovative and functional architectural, interior, or industrial concepts, design development, detail/ construction drawings and prepare presentations.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials
• Perform field inspections and site measurements.
• Inspect works on site.
• Independently handle projects/ meetings at all stages of progress.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working mindset in designing to accommodate varying project needs.
• Demonstrate a capacity for outside the box thinking in design solution.
