Architectural Designer

You will be expected to:

. Conceptualize and develop Architectural designs

. Engage & coordinate with project's stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables

. Ensure project designs complies with regulatory requirements

. Carry out authorities consultation and submissions

. Design development and documentation

. Conduct consultants, site meetings and site inspections

. Project management from start to handover, including contract administration and completion

You need to have:

. Relevant Architectural Degree or Diploma

. At least 3-4 years of working experience in Architecture (fresh graduates can be considered)

. Management of projects from concept to completion

. Passion and eye for design and details with experience in design documentation

. Effective project management skills with experience in construction and contract administration

. Familiar with Singapore codes, regulations and submissions procedures

. Good knowledge of Singapore forms of contracts

. Ability to work across different scales of projects

. Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently without supervision

. Positive, pro-active and driven

. Meticulous and able to organize work effectively

. Good command of English (both written and verbal)

. Proficient in ArchiCAD, Autocad and Sketchup
