Design Expertise

Delivers high quality design work, demonstrating creative and innovative thinking.

Project Delivery

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills.
Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.

Team Membership

Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.

Client Relationships

Respond positively towards clients and consultants.
Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

Budget Control

Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.

Skills & Experience Required

You are a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
You have strong experience in Mixed Use and Retail, Hospitality and Office/Workplace design.
Ability to work in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape and Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
You have a strong sense of design and eye for detail, with the ability to deliver and communicate creative solutions internal and with external collaborators.
You have experience of successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.
You are able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required.
A strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
You are proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline – Revit is essential.
You are degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
