Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and schematic design proposals
- Conduct feasibility studies and design evaluations
- Prepare architectural and interior design presentation materials, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare drawings and documentation for authority submissions
- Produce architectural and interior design tender documentation
- Assist in tendering and contract administration processes
- Attend client, consultant and site meetings
- Coordinate project execution and support project delivery across various stages
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong design flair with good detailing, visualisation and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, responsible and proactive
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Organised and meticulous with strong attention to detail
