Job Summary

You will conceptualize innovative architectural designs, conduct feasibility studies, and present compelling design proposals. Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to secure statutory approvals and ensure seamless project delivery from tender documentation to on-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate design viability and inform decision-making
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align project goals and progress
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to prepare and submit documentation for statutory approvals
• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and detailed construction drawings to support project execution
• Oversee on-site construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Assist in contract administration and site supervision to manage project timelines and deliverables

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of Revit/ AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce accurate architectural drawings and models
• Effective verbal and digital communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple project tasks independently
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
