Job Responsibilities
- Lead design development, project coordination, and technical compliance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant delivery.
- Manage design documentation, drawings, and presentations conduct site walks to monitor progress and quality.
- Oversee contract administration, including coordination with project teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve design challenges, and ensure innovative and practical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on leadership of architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of local authority codes, planning parameters, and project management.
- Registered Architect (Qualified Person) with proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
