Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Oversee rectification and making-good works to ensure proper project completion
Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations and coordination activities
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and discrepancies on site in a timely manner
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project team members to ensure smooth coordination of architectural works
Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager and project team
Ensure proper handover of completed works in accordance with project completion timelines and requirements
