ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work with Consultants, Subcontractors, Structural & M&E team to resolve any technical and site issues.
• Study & analyze Consultants Drawings & Material Specifications in line with Building code and Authority Requirement.
• Check drawings in line with authority requirements for submission & approval.
• Instruct and liaise with team on shop drawing standards, requirements and details.
• Attend project coordination meetings/technical meeting and sub-con meeting, etc.
• Liaise with teams on material status, specification clarifications, potential VO, etc.
• Prepare Material submission, RFA & RFIs.
• Monitor and assist in documentation / schedule of shop drawings / materials / fittings / equipment schedule & site progress, etc.
• Coordinate with construction team for implementation at site.
• Check site status if details are followed as per approved shop drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in relevant field (preferably in landed property construction)
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
