Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client's provision
• Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of architectural works
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of reports as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma, Degree in Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same position
• Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• Experiences in BTO will be preferred
