Architectural coordinator (senior )

Job Description & Requirements

• Position: architectural coordinator / drafter (Full-time)
• Applicable: interested interior designers also welcome as long as well versed in autocad
• Vacancy:- IMMEDIATE
• Office:- 338B king George's building, King George's Avenue, Singapore 208573- closest MRT: lavender
• Working hours:- 930 am to 630 pm (MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS ONLY)
• Company background:- We are a design consultant that works with qualified professionals to get the subject site approved. We do commercial buildings, factories, dormitories, residential houses, childcare and etc.
• Workscope:-

1. Produce building CAD drawings for architectural and structural submissions as well as other agency submissions

2. Submissions via government portals (this can be taught)

3. Site visits for measurements discussion of subject site.

4. taking lead on commercial projects

5. Coordinating and liaising with vendors, appointed QP, architects, engineers, builders and etc.

6. To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements

7. To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established

8. Able to interpret drawings and details

9. Problem solving and recommendations for appeals or waiver cases
