Job Description

Coordinate and oversee architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.
Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts, coordinating closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure proper sequencing of works, material availability, and quality workmanship on site.
Attend and lead coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or construction company, preferably with HDB project and/or landed residential project.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes, and industry. standards.
