Architectural Coordinator

1. Review architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings, material catalogues, and submissions in accordance with design intent for approval.

2. Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations to ensure works are carried out in compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

3. Distribute drawings to subcontractors and coordinate with them to resolve technical and design-related issues.

4. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives on all project-related matters.

5. Attend and participate in regular project meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and address issues.

6. Collaborate with Architectural Consultants on submissions to relevant authorities and statutory boards.
