Architectural Coordinator

1. Review Architectural drawings, prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals

2. Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project to ensure that the works are executed to the required quality standard and conform with the drawings

3. Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues

4. Liaise with consultants/ subcontractors/ client's representatives on the project matters

5. Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters

6. Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Authority submissions to statutory boards.
