Coordinate communication and collaboration between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution
Review, update, and manage architectural work including shop drawings to maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Lead resolution of site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and correspondence to minimize delays and maintain quality
Apply BIM software or equivalent tools to implement methods that enhance quality assurance and productivity on site
Schedule architectural works, manage material requisitions, control costs, supervise project progress, and maintain documentation aligned with the Master Programme
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to support contract and procurement management decisions
Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to guide execution and compliance
Inspect ongoing work, identify defects, and monitor rectification efforts to uphold quality standards
Coordinate submission and status updates of architectural drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials to maintain project transparency
Conduct routine inspections of installed works in close liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications
Facilitate weekly technical meetings with subcontractors and consultants to address and close technical issues promptly
Supervise subcontractor performance to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in multi-disciplinary high-rise projects involving civil, building, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and process works
Proficient use of AutoCAD to superimpose service drawings onto structural and architectural drawings
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders
Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure
