Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and technical issues
- Review and monitor architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all architectural works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works
- Attend site meetings, coordinate work progress, and provide updates to the project team
- Identify and highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions, and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with local authorities regulations and project specifications
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline
- Must have experience working on condominium or mixed development projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural details, materials, and finishing works
- Familiarity with local building regulations and authority submission processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design or coordination software
