ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E Engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Carry out architectural, cost control project supervision and documentation.
• To attend to construction site coordination work and meeting, include liaise with RTO for inspection.
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project excution.
• To assist Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
• Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.

Requirement :

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• At least 3year of working experience in the relating field is required.
• Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works.
