Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily architectural works and project-related site matters.
- Assist Project Manager with planning, coordination, and supervision of architectural finishes works on site.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of architectural works, finishes, and erection in line with quality specifications and schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess subcontractor performance on architectural and faade installation works.
- Monitor contractor site safety daily to ensure compliance with regulations, security policies, and procedures.
- Track site progress against construction program and flag delays to Project Manager.
- Assist in quality inspections, resolving technical discrepancies and site issues.
- Review detailed plans prior to work implementation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building, Architectural, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in residential building construction.
- Relevant CIDB certification with 10 years experience may apply.
- Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD.
