Architectural Coordinator

Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing

Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings

Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies

Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval

Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue

Prepare work method of statement for submission

Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works

Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO

Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision

To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score

Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent

At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works

Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit

Able to lead and work independently

At least 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company involved in HDB BTO project.
