ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on architectural details and technical issues.
• Attend site meetings and site inspections to monitor architectural works.
• Follow up on architectural submissions, approvals and outstanding technical matters.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between architectural drawings and site conditions.
• Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, submissions and project documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager / Project Director.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant architectural or construction experience will have an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with project teams.
• Willing to work on construction sites when required.
• Candidates with Singapore construction project experience will have an advantage.
