Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings
-Work and lead team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers
-Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
-Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained
Job Requirements:
-Candidates must possess relevant Certificates/Diploma/Degree or equivalent with 3 years of working experience
-Experience in BIM software (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks etc.)
-In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications
-Specialist diploma in BIM (BCA academy) is advantageous
-Work experience on site in building and civil engineering project is advantageous
