Job Summary

Support the Project Manager in overseeing production and on-site execution by coordinating schedules, monitoring quality and safety, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving technical issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in managing production workflows and on-site execution to meet project objectives
Coordinate project schedules, documentation, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure timely completion
Monitor daily on-site work progress to verify compliance with quality and safety standards
Facilitate communication and collaboration between interior designers, project managers, contractors, and clients to align project goals
Track project schedules, material usage, and administrative paperwork to maintain accurate project records
Review shop drawings and resolve technical site issues to prevent delays and ensure design accuracy
Attend site meetings to capture key requirements and implement agreed actions effectively
