Develop and coordinate all architectural works that tie with the master schedule
Report to the project lead on any technical / site issues pertaining to architectural works and provide solutions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on architectural works technical matters, work progression and quality of works.
Coordinate all architectural drawings, works and materials report discrepancies in construction drawings.
Supervise and coordinate the progress of architectural works to ensure the works are carried out in accordance to specification / drawing and is delivered on time with quality, while safety regulations / WSH provisions are complied with.
Report to the project lead on the progress of architectural work.
Attend meeting with consultants and provide technical solutions.
Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval.
Any related tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
Excellent verbal and written English language
Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills
