- Oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress for HDB, condominium, and landed projects.
- Coordinate quotations, material selections, and deliveries, ensuring designs reflect on-site conditions and client/consultant updates.
- Cross-check architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans, resolve discrepancies, and prepare clarification sketches when required.
- Supervise trades, monitor construction sequencing, and hold regular meetings to track progress and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Interior Design, or related field closely related built-environment discipline.
- At least 3 years experience in architectural coordination, site supervision, or construction delivery for HDB, Condo or Landed Projects.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and on-site technical requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building regulations.
