Architectural Coordinator

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Architectural Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

. Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project

. Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution

. Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials

. Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors

. Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications

. Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters

. Prepare and submit Shop drawings

. Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)

. Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. At least Diploma/Degree in Architecture

. Min 2-3 years of Singapore working experience in building construction

. Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch-up, knowledge in using of MS Project & Revit (BIM) would be an added advantage.
