Organize, deliver and record architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation order and certification of work done
Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards
Provide advice on all architectural related matters
Prepare architectural works schedule and Architecture program
Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
Implement and ensure QC plan
Provide regular reports to the Project manager on the progress of architectural works
REQUIREMENTS
Recognised Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent
Min 2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Building Construction Industry
