Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all architectural drawings and oversee all architectural finished work on-site.
- Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
- Prepare method of statement and work procedure
- Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
- Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
- Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
- Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued.
- Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on technical issues.
- Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.
- Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in architectural coordination roles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings
- Good project and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
