Architectural Coordinator (Construction)(MNC)

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Collaborating with the M&E Team for coordination on RCP, CSD, and Interfacing during the finishing stage
• Managing architectural subcontractor shop drawing and material submissions
• Preparing RI & TOP and submitting to authorities
• Compiling As-Built plans
• Overseeing inspection and supervision of the Mock-up and QA/QC processes
• Planning and executing signage installation for internal and external workshops

Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player
• Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage
