Architectural Consultant

Job Description

1. Provide architectural design and consultancy services for FOSI projects.
2. Develop, review, and refine architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and project objectives are met.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory codes, regulations, and company standards.
5. Monitor ongoing project progress and quality of work.
6. Assist in verifying work completion for progress payment certification.
7. Support project teams in resolving design and technical issues.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required).
2. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant architectural experience.
3. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
5. Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of project workflow, progress monitoring, and basic payment certification process.
