Architectural Construction Manager

Our client is one of Singapore's leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale government civil infrastructure project.

Job Description:

Leading a team of Design and Coordination Engineers team in resolving construction and technical issues on drawings

Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress and detect design errors and drawing discrepancies

Propose solutions to technical problems

Preparing design brief (timeline, process control, quality control)

Liaise with internal (senior management / architects team / quantity surveyors) and external stakeholders (client / sub-contractor / authority etc) to ensure the work fulfil the requirement in terms of functionality and operationality.

Monitor the design development and mitigate any project risks

Assist in tender quality plan for submission including scheduling, drawing, preparing method statement, innovative ideas, value engineering proposal etc

Supervising drafting and modelling works

Obtain technical clearance to client and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Possesses at least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction for LTA project
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
