Architectural Design & Coordination Manager (Construction Main Con)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, project team members, and subcontractors to ensure all technical aspects are followed up diligently
• Organize trade schedules and coordinate architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics
• Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements according to project timelines
• Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating with subcontractors and supervisors for effective execution
• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and smooth project progression
• Monitor work progress to ensure alignment with targeted schedules for timely and efficient completion
• Verify that all works meet specified requirements, EHS standards, quality standards, and government regulations, including maintainability
• Ensure all architectural works, including interior design, comply with approved drawings and specifications, including interface details with Interfacing Contractors per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans
• Handle ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture; Degree recognized by BOA preferred
• At least 5 years relevant experience as an Architectural Manager on large-scale projects
• Experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m or projects of similar scale and complexity is an advantage
• Preferably have project experience with underpass links, shopping malls, or bus interchanges
