ARCHITECTURAL BIM

Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeller (Rail Projects - Singapore)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeller with rail project experience to develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MRT/LRT stations, tunnels, and depots. The role involves BIM modelling using Revit, performing clash detection and coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with LTA and BCA standards.

Requirements:

. 3-5+ years of architectural modelling experience, preferably in Singapore rail/transport projects

. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360

. Strong knowledge of LTA BIM standards and submission procedures

. Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field

. Good coordination, detailing, and technical drawing skills
